I am a qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Council of India. I am well versed in both, Common Law as well as UAE Law. I specialize in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and structured financing. My expertise also extends to Alternate Dispute Resolutions (ADR), specifically in Commercial Arbitrations.
I started working in the UAE from the year 2024. Before moving to UAE, I worked at a top-tier law firm in India (recognized by various platforms like Chambers and Partners, Euromoney, Legal500, to name a few), where I advised some of the biggest private equity investors from the UK on M&A and private equity deals in India.

My role at Amer Al Marzooqi involves, advising ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and leading corporates on complex restructurings, M&A and financing transactions—drafting everything from share‑purchase and credit‑facility agreements to Sharia‑compliant convertible legal agreements. I also handle governance and shareholder matters (including ADGM and BVI companies) and represent clients in DIAC arbitrations and other high‑value disputes.
