Haytham Ahmed Mohamed Al-Safiti graduated from Cairo University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. He also holds a Master’s degree in Law, with a thesis on “Modern Methods of Implementing Penalties,” in addition to diplomas in Public Law and Criminal Sciences.

Haytham Al-Safiti is a legal consultant with over 16 years of experience in Egypt and the UAE. He specializes in criminal, civil, commercial, family law, and arbitration.

He has advised and represented clients in major legal disputes across sectors including oil and maritime shipping.

Haytham began working in the UAE in 2009 after practicing law in Egypt since 2004.

He also founded and managed his own law firm in Egypt from 2006 to 2009, gaining extensive litigation and legal management experience.
